Okay, I work for a window cleaning company and just not long started (4 weeks ago). I have to clean LOTS of window every day and contraction of the muscles in my paw constantly is giving me bad cramp. Im expectin to have this for the first couple of months or so but is in attendance anyway I can ease it or even be rid of it? The muscle is the chunky bit under the thumb on the inside of the appendage if that helps, thanks.
