Has anyone get any tips for a serious grip of insomnia ? i simply want to sleep for a few hours?

I've been taking Zimovane sleeping pills for the last 2 years following a sports car accident, but recently granted i needed to get off them, as i be always feeling tired and really struggling to seize up in the mornings, i last took partially a tablet last Tuesday night, almost 6 days ago. since later, i've only slept for about 8 - 10 hrs, i'm certainly knackered, no energy, but still my mind wont let me shift to sleep, any idea's?

i dont want to end up back on them pills, but it looks close to my only option if this carry on
