It depends on what the Oxycodone was prescribed for and how long you were on it. If you be on it for two weeks or more, then you are likely habituated. That is not to right to be heard that you are addicted. Just that you might experience some withdrawal symptoms. Now, assuming that it was prescribed for an injury and that the injury have healed. I would start by cutting the dose contained by half and seeing how you react. You might try supplementing it beside Tylenol, Naproxen or Ibuprofen so that they can handle any break-through pain. Or, you could stop the Oxycodone, and expect some bill symptoms, or a flair up of pain that should last no more than a couple of days.

I would recommend slowly weaning stale of it. If you got it from a Dr. then ask the Dr. and permit them manage it for you. If you got it from the street, newly slowly wean off. For example--for a week, take 15mg,, next the next 10mg, then 5mg for a week, afterwards stop. If that is too hard, you may own to take the steps by the month instead of weeks. You can go to your Dr to bring back help in quitting. I am pretty sure they can supply you something to help you. Another issue is how long you have be taking them. If just for a day or 2, next you're probably ok. If for weeks or months, or years.. then taper off approaching I said before. It doesnt matter the motivation you are taking them. Your brain doesn't know the difference. Because of how the brain works, it will make you think you want them when you don't And it is very hard to quit taking them, for some ppl. But it have been done by many, plentiful ppl. If you are in pain, you probably call for to see a pain specialist--they will manage your meds and your agony to help give you some nouns..
