Head Injury?
Last night i fell and hit the back of my come first on the chair. There was some bleeding for probably 10 minutes afterwards it stopped. The cut doesnt appear to be very deep and is no more than partly inch wide in diameter. i slept fine ultimate night and this morning i jus feel tired and i own a headache. Although this could also be due to drinking the night before. I very soon have a little egg where on earth the cut is and it is scab like. It doesnt hurt unless i touch it and the pain is minor.
my request for information is do you think it is anything serious and should i seek medical attention. I plan on going to vigour services tomorrow during the day...

If you have an egg i.e. good. If they swelling goes out i.e. a good sign vs.. swelling inward. Of course an egg is going to hurt! You may very capably have a mild concussion. Head wounds also notoriously bleed alot and look resembling more than they are. Just look for signs such as blurry vision, headaches, nausea, vomiting. If you own these see a professional. Of course you can have these with drinking too. You should be fine, of late keep an eye on the symptoms for the next 24 hours.You know the moved out scapula, what spine would that be considered?
Seeing as how you woke up alive this morning likelihood are you don't have a concussion. You need to enjoy the wound cleaned and at least taped together save stitched so it will heal more quickly. Oh btw, far-reaching in diameter is an oxymoron. Look it up.It is always upright to check on any head injuries, I would definately check it out
