For the past few days
I've have a headache in the same spot.
Left side of the come first. Like at the back of my head and I can perceive it at the top of my ear.

I thin the headaches getting worse and its other in the same spot.

These are the merely symptoms I have.

that I get the worst headpains when straining to poop

The other day I got really dizzy when playing sport and everything turned black and I almost blacked out.

Headaches can occur contained by the same spot repetitively, they can be from stress or from genetic history or a combination. Headaches are common for your age group too, anyway. anything that includes acetaminophen and aspirin would comfort, but if the headaches continue getting worse progressively, you should see a doctor for sure.

i own headace all the time. like u explained u hold tension headace so here are some tips to cool the headace. when u havea headace just relax close ur eyes and agree to everything go at that moment. it will help. (do this when u enjoy time not when r u talking an exam or playing) take smaller quantity stress. i am in college and stress make it worse. flawless luck hope u get well soon.
