Headache grill *
im 16, and lately i seem to be getting a lot of headache, daily. Im not sure, but sometimes i get them when i lone have had a coulpe hrs of sleep, similar to 6 hrs. But could it be something else. I get them every day contained by the front of my head, there dull and achy ,but they still hurt.
Do you own any suggestions on how to stop having them, or if i get them how to fix it next to out Ibprofen

Answer: Since you say you enjoy headaches in your forehead nouns, I'd be inclined to think you could possibly own a sinus infection. I'd have it checked by a doctor if I were you. Also, if you're taking profoundly of pain medicine, you could be have rebound type headaches. It is if truth be told cause by all the throbbing meds. If that's the case, I'd stop the meds for awhile and see what happens. Hope this help!.
Too little and irregular sleep are common triggers for headaches. Some family are sensitive and others not - it isn't fair. Get a good night sleep.
