I have one of the worst headaches I've ever have! Honestly! I've had one migraine before surrounded by my life and this is coming close. I woke up this morning at 1:00 with a strain in the back of my collar. All day long, my neck have been hurting. Now the pain is coming up the vertebrae of my head and over my eyes. I am at a computer all daylight, but, I don't think that's what it is. We did recently put in a second monitor, so, maybe my eyes haven't adjusted to have to look at two 20" monitors now instead of one. Anyway, I have taken Tylenol and Aleeve. Any suggestions? Pressure points? I don't know where on earth the pressure points are to relieve headaches. Anyone have any headache nouns techniques?

One thing that may minister to is sitting/laying down with your eyes closed and concentrating on breathing steadily and relaxing every possible muscle.

rub the tender part of your paw between the thumb & index finger use a little pressure & maessage it dont know how it works but your headache will go away surrounded by a matter of a minute or two, give it a try. apt luck
