Healing from a torn calf muscle
What are some things to keep in mind inorder to prevent the muscle from self reinjured again ?
Answer: Go to physical therapy when your supposed to. DO NOT miss a day of it. Also, stretch awfully very very polite before you began doing any type of exercise, sports, or lately basic things..
follow the advice and directions that you be given at the time this was diagnosed, eg, avoid certain buzz, and follow common sense to avoid the re-injury you are concerned about...polite luck.
