I'm sore.. possibly a touch TOO sore.?

My soreness is all over my body, I can take the pain from my upper level but the lower levels of the front of my thighs, back of the thighs .. if butts have muscles after that is super sore also. I can barely run without looking close to a total idiot, and I have another intense football practice in 2 hours.

well do u work out normally? if not, u probably just have to adjust and its gonna be tuff if ur... practicin football? so hang around was that ur first practice? if it was, then what i a moment ago sed is prob true. get some icy hot gel and put it where its sore it helps a bit bit. but other then that u just gotta adjust like i sed work out contained by between practices and get used to the intense workouts.
This is normal after extreme exercise similar to football practice and physical conditioning.

Take 2 asprin or 2 Tylenol and you'll feel a little better.

and chilll out
maybe stretch then take a powernap 'thats always good :)

You need to stretch out those muscles.
Maybe step see the school nurse (I'm assuming your football team is affiliated with the school).
