when I put my finger in the right inner nostril I feel a cartilage poking out. But when I put my finger in my moved out nostril I can't feel a cartilage sticking out. It's like it's not their?

When you put both your fingers in both of your nostrils do you one and only feel 1 cartilage sticking out on one side of your nostril? Or do you feel 2 sticking out?

Did you get a blow on your snout recently? It is quite possible you have have injury to your septum which is the dividing piece of cartilage in your nostril. I have not tried to duplicate your experiment but a ENT doctor could tell contained by a second if you had damage there.See your doc if it is cause difficulty with your breathing.
