Lately i only cant sleep?
for like the past month everytime my faces hits the pillow i adjectives of a sudden am not tired anymore. but it wasnt that big of a deal over the summer, but i have school tomorrow and i know im not excited because this have been happening for over a month. & im only 16 years antediluvian. im not stressed...yet. so what should i do? i want to take benedryl but i dont want my body to become used to it or it to be like a "requirement" to stir to sleep

Listen to some really calming music do streches to make yourself more relaxed, read (reading at night usually make my eyes tired) draw hope it helps!
have something energising approaching a chocolate bar, it sounds weird but it gives you resembling, a 5min burst of energy, if you excersise during that, you will be extra tired, also reading something is good because it strains your eyes (looking up and down alot) and makes your eyes unwieldy :)

First thing is get off the computer at least possible an hour before bed. It is too much stimulation for the brain. Make sure the room is totally dark. You don't want the room too warm or too cold. Take a thaw out bath. Drink warm milk or tea. Lay on your back & starting at your toes get going to relax each part of your body. Don't move up the body until your toes are completely relaxed.

My best advice would be to try to relax a few hours before you run to sleep each night. Take a hot bath and after drink some hot decaffeinated tea or warm milk with honey before bed, which can sustain you relax and wind down. Try to go to bed at the same time respectively night -- that way your body will get used to a solid routine, and you'll get tired around the same time every night.
Try not to drink any caffeinated beverages after 3:00 p.m. (like coffee, espresso, strong tea, soda, etc.), as these can tend to hold you wired for hours afterward. Don't eat any carbohydrates close to bedtime either, as these can give you jolts of spirit and cause you to stay awake longer.
Try reading before bed. I always read previously turning out the lights and going to bed -- I find that it helps me relax and fall asleep much faster.
Don't nap during the morning, as that can prevent you from falling asleep later on at night. Or, if you feel that you really obligation a nap in the morning or afternoon, make sure you set an alarm that wake you up after 15-20 minutes, tops.
Soundproof your room. Soundproofing your room will not only help you fall asleep, it will oblige you stay asleep. If you cannot block off external sounds, look into getting a white noise machine. These are relatively cheap and produce a indistinct sound that can drone out other noises and still let you jump to sleep.
Even though it may be hard, try to simply empty your mind when you're laying contained by bed. Stop worrying about the stressfulness of the day and just relax.
Also, don't run Benedryl, Tylenol PM, or any other over-the-counter sleep medications, as these can often become addictive. Instead, I take melatonin, which is a crude dietary supplement that promotes deep sleep. You take it before you travel to bed each night. It's not addictive, and you can buy it at virtually any supermarket or pharmacy.
