Horrible spasm lower than knees panama?
I'm a gymnast, and a few weeks ago, I was vaulting when my right knee started to hurt. I unobserved because it wasn't that bad. Then on my 5th vault, I took one step to run and it hurt so bad it basically gave out from under me. I iced it and took it easy for the rest of practice but by the time I get home, it was fine. Ever since then periodically hen we do vaulting drills or when I run greatly, like at soccer, the pain comes back. But not as impossible. It makes me wince but it's bearable. Then two days ago I was vaulting again and I did one sepulchre and it started hurting almost as bad as the first time, and the pain was right beneath my knee cap. So I put some tape right where on earth it hurt, which usually helps, and went to go cellar again. Then halfway down the runway it just gave out and I collapsed on the floor. It hurt so unpromising I was in tears. I iced it again and went home and bought a knees brace. But this time, the pain never went away. It still hurts, not as bad, but it still hurts when I step or run and I couldn't do anything at gymnastics last night. I hurt to land on that leg when I did a cartwheel. I own tryouts for soccer in a half hour and it still hurts. The brace helps a bit, and it's only just unbearable anymore, but I want to know what's wrong because it's never been this bad or for this long up to that time. I'm 14, by the way.

Did you know that women have less cartilage lower than their knee caps than men do? I've had several surgeries on both knees. In my suitcase I had a torn meniscus.I went to my Dr. and he then sent me to an orthopedic surgeon.I finished up having arthroscopic surgery done on it.That's where they put 4 small holes around the knee sou`wester and insert a video camera so they can take a look around and see whats happening inside. For me,I wasn't so lucky. They found a big hole in my bone, which resulted contained by me having to have a cadaver bone put in.All together I've have at least 3 arthroscopic surgeries done on both knees.I suggest that you make an appt.an go see your Dr.He will next refer you to specialist. It's the only way to be sure.Hope this helps you out.
I suggest u walk see a dr to get a proffesional diagnosis. U might have torn something. U dont ever want to ignore knees, ankle, or hip injuries because they support ur full body weight. U might compound an injury if u ignore it and dont give it time to alleviate. Good luck
