Can you nick a Vicodin and a Tylenol 3 together?

the Vicodin is 500/5 APAP/hydrocodone
the tylenol 3 is 300/30 APAP/codeine

so 800 mg of apap wouldn't be too bad, but can hydrocodone and codeine be taken together?
Answers:
yes. wipe up it down with alcohol.
Regular strength Vicodin contains hydrocodone and tylenol 3 has codeine in it. I do not recommend that you take these two together. While vicodin is a stronger drug, they both are pretty strong. If you take too much of these together it will make you sick. It will irritate your stomach and you will probably get sick and vomit.
Whenever you combine drugs with a depressant effect on your system, you're doing something risky. Adding a second opioid to your hydrocodone is rather close to drinking alcohol with it -- not a great idea, unless you're already opioid-tolerant and doing so under a doctor's instructions.
