I sprained my wrist on Monday got an x-ray for it and the doc said they cant see a fracture in the x-ray they gave me a splint and they told me to step to an orthopedist Dr. in 10 to 14 days but i need it to heal surrounded by 7 days because i have a game this Monday and today is Thursday any tips on what to do will be greatly appreciated

No it will not completely heal surrounded by 7 days. It can take several weeks to completely heal. I wouldnt advise going to a activity unless you take it easy on your wrist and do not put too much stress on it. You should really go to the orthopedist surrounded by 10-14 days as your doctor advised. You dont want to damage it more and cause more problems which can potentially purloin longer.
