I have caught for 5 years playing softball and my knee has be bruising from the inside out and i really like playing softball and i don't think i will catch anymore because of this what do you guys ponder?
Answers:
They'll probably remove the cyst, this may be done without surgery, but you may have to have it if it's excessively significant or in a sensitive spot.
And about the torn cartilage, depending on the severity, I'm pretty sure all you can do for it is rest it and they'll probably suggest getting some class of band to put on or under your knee.
Bottom string: stay off of it and much as possible and definitely go to the doctor and consult to them about the procedures!
My mother had a cyst in her breast and ovary, and my wife contained by her hand. The doctor remove it through operation. Just consult a doctor, they will help you a lot.
