Oooouch.. i have gym class early at university and we didn't even do that much, but i am extremely sore. explain?

im in 7th grade and earlier at university we had gym and all we did was 40 jump jacks 10 push ups and stretch and run around and jump rope for 1hr, it possibly seems like pretty a lot, but it was really fun, so i probably didn't notice how much it be..until now...LOL can you help me out?

I don't really know what the cross-question is.Maybe your sore because you really are not that fit? I'm really not that sure.
it means you aren't immensely active... at all.
your body is out of shape. small undertakings are making you sore.
if you want to stop this you need to start exercising regularly. do something fun! sports, running, biking, etc.
the sore part... all i can really articulate is it will go away. it helps to stretch but it should be gone within 3 or 4 days depending on your soreness.

maybe its not from gym- maybe its growing pain. or perchance you pulled a muscle or something.
haha. ive been nearby before :) its not really about how much you do, but what muscles your using. a lot of times you can bring back really sore when you use/ strech muscles you don't usually move on a regular basis. (in my case, ALL my muscles . haha )

try a hot shower of bubble tub. they always help me!
