What cause leg cramps surrounded by the calf of your leg when you get up up?
They go away as soon as I stand on my toes for a few seconds. (My foot is contorted into a 'tip-toe' position too.)
Anyone know what causes this?
Answers:
I don't know what's causing it, but if you purloin a gram of magnesium before you go to sleep, I bet it will stop happening. Take it near a little food or milk for absorption.
If you're lacking within salt, you'll get this horrible cramp. Try a few salt & vinegar crisps previously you go to bed.
If it persists, then you could try some Cuprum Met from a form food shop. This works instantly for muscle cramps - but you can't take too much of it, or take it for too long.
Charlie horses are cause mostly by two things... a lack of potassium, or a lack of calcium. Try eating more bananas and drinking more milk.
I'm sorry, but undersupplied salt? Are you kidding me? There is TOO MUCH salt within just about everything we eat. Then we brackish before we eat it! There is no way you own a salt deficiency.
