Sleeping problems, Are in attendance any suggestions that can give a hand me drip asleep at darkness?

Most nights, i roll around trying to fall asleep. My mind is restless but my body is physically tired. It gets terrifically annoying and i have no idea how to fix it. Counting sheep doesn't work for me.....
