Pigeons Chest - Chest exercise?
I appear to have pigeons chest where my rib cage sticks out.
If I do push ups would it be smaller number noticeable or will it just push the bone out even more?

With a lot of rippling muscles adjectives over your chest it would undoubtedly be less noticeable.
The pigeon chest deformity will not go and get any worse from lots of push ups and the bone will not be pushed out any further.
What is actually much worse than just having a protruding bone is have concave areas on both sides of the protruding bone like gaping holes in your chest that reduce your lung size, cause shortness of breath and reduce your energy height substantially so that you are always lacking in perkiness and in a constant state of exhaustion, you get tired extraordinarily quickly and you have very restricted stamina. This would also greatly impair your performance and stamina in sport and other exercise.
