See your doctor and ask for some tramadol. But don't take them if you are gonna be driving - they will make you very drowsy. Good luck near the tail bone - hurts doesn't it? When the pain eases it might be an idea to receive some physio treatment then hopefully you wont have problems with it latter on in life. Vicodin works pretty good. Didn't your doctor prescribe you anything good? Call him up and tell him you're contained by severe pain.

I hardly think OTC misery relievers are gonna cut it for a broken tailbone.
