How come I go and get these horrible foot cramps?

How come whenever I point my right big toe out and then curl it down I get an excruciating cramp in the bridge of my right foot directly beneath that big circular ankle bone? When I do the same thing with my vanished foot there is no pain. It almost feels as though my right foot is locking up and it take a good 5 minutes for the pain to completely go away? Any remedies or should I only just avoid pointing my foot?
Answers:
First, to stop any cramp all you do is dig your fingers into it and hold. The pain and cramp should be stopped unconscious in their tracks.
To help keep it from coming vertebrae this is the only thing I can suggest. As it is a muscle doing this it needs some comfort somewhere. Do some deep massage to the bottom of your foot in the arch nouns. Then take your thumbs and press in right in front of the heel and hold that pressure on.
Now relax, transport a deep breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body.
After 30 second release the pressure and move your foot around.
