My thighs are REALLY sore, how can I be capable of run subsequently today (at 5-6)?
So I had the first day of volleyballtryouts yesterday and it was 4 hours long, so how can I be capable of be active with my thighs? it hurts alotishh.

talk to your mom something like it, get some rest, maby even try to run around a little bit, and if its uncomfortable to run around, i suggest you don't be in motion running around at 5-6 tonight. Well whatever you do im sure its the right choice. But if you are still aching in the subsequent 2-3 days then i suggest you go and see your doctor. If he you could have pulled a muscle but you also could hold sprained it. i highly doubt its broken Source(s): My head
If you have a hip bath, fill it up with hot water, pour somewhat bit of Epsom Salt (available everywhere) and stay there for a while. If you are not allergic to aspirin, take 2 (325mg), this will help relieve sore muscles. Is it really basic that you go running today? because it will help a lot if you embezzle a day off and rest.
