There is a fairly large bump inside my ear I would say it's environment sized it doesn't hurt and i am starting to wash it today i am a very worried person and I enjoy no idea what it is, any ideas? please help!

Something approaching that should be checked out. I had a lump on the outside of the back of my ear and it turned out to be strep.
