Is it possible to crack or fracture a bone minus constant stomach-ache?

About two weeks ago, my right arm was knocked into a pipe fence fairly hard. A lump arose that was painful to touch, but since I be still able to work and do normal activities I thought little of it. Last dark, I got curious since the lump was still there, so I did some massage of the lump and applied some pressure to the area. Almost as soon as I applied the pressure, I felt sick and I felt severe torment in the affected area. It be five or ten minutes until the pain subsided to a point where I could think of anything else.

Is it possible that there's a fracture, minus constant pain or much at all (unless messed with, as above)?
