Have you ever be winded?
It's the worst thing ever.
I've only done it once but, god it was really itchy.
Well, i was on the trampoline, with my 2 friends. We are all 15, economically 14 then but i am the smallest out of all of us. They are both 5'8 and i don't really wanna be mean but fairly severely overweight, about 13-14 stone each.
We were bouncing generally and me and Jodie got a huge bounce, i lost my footing, and fell on the trampoline, i was on my back and Jodie land (with considerable force) on top of me. Ouch!
It was so painful. Anyway, i pushed her away and stood up and i couldn't breathe. The first 2 breaths made a dreadful rumbling like a deep sound but finally i caught my breath and started to breathe generally.
I had this excruciating pain all across my support and it hurt to breathe. I had to sit down slowly and it was uncomfortable to falsehood down.
Anyway, of course they went home and my mum took me straight to the hospital. They said i had be really badly winded and i was to take it effortless for the week and take ibuprofen for the pain.
Never again, i am scared to shift on the trampoline with those 2 now. Ouch.
