It is more likely to get infected than if you leave it. Maybe if you ice pack it it won't bug you and you can just leave it for a few days.
If you pop it then you will have to cover it, and use some antibacterial lotion. An open burn is an invitation for germs. Don't pop it open. It will just take longer for it to make well.

it can get infected. But you should let it pop on it's own anyway because the skin underneath will be very tender. If you get burned to that extent you really should see a doctor.
