Answers:
You should lay off ur ankle and rime it for the next week. they start some ankle circles and similar exercises to get range of motion subsidise. After that you can try some jumps and balance exercises as long as you have no cramp.
Personally I would suggest seeing your doctor or an orthopedic. They can reccomend any test they feel necessary or distribute you to a physical therapy clinic and they can look at ur ankle and help you accordingly
I understand the need to play through the injury but the problem is that you don't know if you own a serious injury or not - continued playing or forced exercise could make the injury worsen and result in major complications that could affect the rest of your energy.

See the team athletic trainer, or coach, or see your physician to ensure that you don't have a more serious injury.

Good luck.
stay off it
rest your ankle and use the rice method. Also you could try spelling the alphabet next to you foot to strengthen your ankle.
i would pass long jump- i know dis lad from my athletics club and he does, well tries to do long jump and he advised u modification to hammer throwing!!
