mine whole foot is badlt bruised and swollen(not broken) and the aircast does zilch whats gonna happen (going to docter tomorrow)

when i severely sprained and damaged the tissue in my right foot, i be given an air cast. it was immense and bulky and difficult to walk in. i weighed it and mine weigh over five pounds, which explained why i was nearly dragging my foot. in my opinion, nouns casts do not help. i honestly was powerless to walk with one on, so i asked for a cast and they give one to me, which greatly improved the healing process in my foot. i hope this help.
