Falling asleep at hours of darkness?
When ever my friend comes and sleeps over at my house she never falls asleep which means that i have to stay up the whole hours of darkness with her and i get no sleep. Does anyone have an positive tips that will help her go to sleep?
(example: reading a book before bed?)
Answers:
Try putting on a movie, and then when you crash down asleep, she may too.
Do you two share indistinguishable bedroom? If not then you should not stay up with her, you need your sleep too. Reading in the past bed can help and so can drinking warm milk. Or if hungry eating a bit will certainly help. Tell your friend to help herself if she can't sleep. If I hold trouble falling asleep I take a supplement called melatonin. This will also help.
Good luck! Source(s): It's something I hold read about many times.
Hi,
I have the same problem of sleep disorder during my college days. Those days were stressful, studies and then vacillation about the future. I would suggest try to relax, read a book and try to divert your mind from things that might be troubling you.
My favorite sleeping tactic was pocket a book and read it before going to bed. I am not talking about interesting murder mysteries but what I feel as boring history books. I slept like a baby after implementing some of these following tips:
