sounds like it. could also be bronchial spasms.
It could be a few things but you still want to know what, or how to fix. Having problems with my forearm, shoulder chest and upper stern got me looking. I was working a very physical chore all day. Working out when I got home. Bowling 3-5 night a week plus bow hunting with a short bow and a 74 pound draw weight on it. I was bowling next to my optometrist and 2 physician assistants. It was suggested I try a Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement. 1 in the morning, one in the evening. This help with about half of my problems. Next I added a Coral Calcium supplement. At that point the solely problem I had was muscle recovery. For that I added Endothil-CR ( it's with the sole purpose available at GNC) and everything was fine. The Endothil-CR is expensive but if you work out regularly you will feel the difference within a week or 2. Last I looked it be about $60 for a 30 day supply. It was designed for empire suffering muscle atrophy, but they found out it works great for athletes and people working out on a regular basis. It helps your muscles rest and rebuild faster and it is legal and no, it is not a steroid.
