Always cold when I stir up even when 80 deg contained by house.?
I am always cold when I wake up. Sometimes when i go to bed i am hot and will wake up up really cold.
I work midnights soo by the time i get home at 8am its usually cool in the house. and then stir up around 3 or 4pm and will be cold even if the the temp in the house is 80 degrees, and just cover put a bet on up and fall back asleep because i dont want to get out of bed, and formulate myself late for stuff.
Is there by chance anything that i can do to support not being soo cold when i wake up. i have no fan or any breeze blowing on me soo i know that has nothing to do with it.

Go to a angelic doctor and find out what the problem is ... SO MANY WEIRD HEALTH conditions these days .
Any other symptoms? Sound like possible hypothyroidism.
