yesterday at around 4 oclock, i started to get pain around my belly button. Later that night, it kinda moved to my lower right side. it hurt to move indisputable ways and to walk. i had dirreah for awhile. but today i have almost no agony except when i would stretch. for like two minutes today i felt like i be gonna puke but that passed. will the pain come back or was it something else. please administer your opinion. thank you.

Well if it is appendicitis and the pain went away that's in fact not really a good thing. When the appendix bursts the pain can unsophisticatedly disappear but you can get extremely ill and usually get a really high-ranking fever (according to eHow).
