How can I stop my mouth from getting chapped?!?
Lately, my lips have been getting chapped and it's really annoying. Usually they seize chapped at work but since I'm going to college now they get annoyingly chapped due to the classroom(s) air conditioning, etc.
I've tried Chapstick on numerous occasion but I think I may be allergic to it or something because whenever I do use it my lips peel skin and I enjoy to wipe it off because it grosses me out, you know?
Is there something that can stop my lips from getting chapped? Help!

Try different types of chapstick. Sometimes one brand doesn't work but another will. Also you could try the medicated versions of brands - they're usually a bit stronger so you only enjoy to use a little for it to work well.
There's much you can do to treat — and prevent — chapped jaws. Consider these tips:
Protect your lips. Use an oil-based lubricating cream or lip balm containing petrolatum or beeswax. Before going out in cold, dry weather, apply lip cream or balm that contains sunscreen — and then cover your jaws with a scarf. Reapply often while outdoors.
Avoid licking your lips. Saliva evaporates hastily, leaving lips drier than before you lick them. If you tend to lick your lips, avoid flavored lip balm — which may tempt you to lick your lips even more.
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids, and moisten the air contained by your home with a humidifier.
If chapping is severe and doesn't respond to treatment at home, consult your doctor. Rarely, persistent chapped lips may indicate an underlying problem.

If you don't don't like fellow sticks you could try using olive oil, just a tiny bit.

Try Carmex (or even just a thin section of Vaseline) on your lips.
