Answers:
that sounds like a tendon that pulled back and didn't release, but explicitly easy to do.
Sit on a chair and extend your leg out to a comfortable position. Then place both your thumbs on the muscle about three inches posterior from your knee, and in the middle of your leg. Press down hard and hold.
Now relax, help yourself to a deep breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body.
After 30 second, slowly slide your foot backwards until your leg is fully under your chair as far as it will go.
Then release the pressure but hold your leg within for one minute.
If you continue to have trouble or questions tolerate me know.
