How can i treat my ankles?

I have really bad ankles and football is in 2 afternoon! I need somebody to tell me how to treat them! Not necessarily cure them, but just speak about me something i can do to help them. And things i can do to them during my football practices/games! I am wide receiver and I inevitability my ankles to feel better when i run!! PLEASE HELP ME!

First thing: Don't ruin your ankles because you want to play -- imagine what it would be similar to if you had to wear crutches or be in a wheelchair for 1 year because you screwed up your ankles wanting to play.

Talk to your coach about this and see if you can attain ankle wraps that will help support your ankles.
I know all about ankle headache. I am very flat footed and have always have problems with my feet and ankles. Try the stretchy ace bandages for support during practice and games. Some of the guys I go to school with would even tape their ankles/wrists next to medical tape for support. Try soaking them in epsom salt after practices and games to assist with the soreness.
Here's a good physical therapy exercise to do:

Balance on one leg near your arms at your side. Now close your eyes and maintain the balance strictly with your leg (don't use your arms to help). Your ankle will buckle from side to side, and as you uphold the balance, it will become stronger laterally.
