[UK only] Do any guidelines state that GCS of patients must be record on their arrival to an ED?

im not in the UK, but it would probably be a good idea to document the GCS upon arrival basically as the ED does when you arrive. This way if something happens and you end up contained by court, you have the documentation to prove what happened
Ambulance Officers always check the GCS until that time and during transportation.

If you are not qualified to do so, a doctor ar attendee will do so before admitting the patient to ascertain the patients trauma.

As to whether it is record, I only assume it is, so that the record will show the severity of the case on the patients chart upon arrival at the Emeergency Department.
