My brothers lower put a bet on hurts? please help out......?
2 days ago my brother was painting the front gate for just about an hour and a half or something and the next morning he said that on the left side of his lower final near his left hip really hurts. how can i help him? he groans everytime he get up and sits down and he cant bend either. if it still hurts by tomorrow afternoon then we are going to the doctor but if it doesnt meanwhile how can he ease the affliction or make it go away? please help and no rude answers. gratitude...

The Doctor wo'nt be able to do anything to help him.
He needs to see a right Chiropractor - find one off a insurance website, or pay cash if you enjoy to it's well worth it.
I think you should see how he is sitting within the chair and if he is sitting in a incorrect position,then you must correct him.Also check his mattress which he is sleeping.Hope this tips help out your brother and god bless both of you.
