Question on sleep...?

Well lately I've been having some very past due nights, I've pushed till about 5am or later for a couple of weeks in a minute. Though I've been going to sleep at ridiculous times, I've still been having my biddable eight hours sleep and waking up quite late surrounded by the afternoon.
I've had my eight hours sleep, and sometimes even more... but I'm still SOO tired!
Why?!
My sleeping patterns changed quite dramatically but I'm still maintain many hours of sleep, just at a different time of day.
Why am I still yawning, and fear exhausted through the day?

Thanks in advance.

Change the habit

One day do not sleep in the hours of daylight time then Sleep at night early after dinner. Then you will hold 10 hours of sleep- Wake up for Fajr Salaat and you will not be tired
Let me call in. Our body have a clock. Juz like any clock its function is to keep next to time and to synchronice all the systems in our body. Its sensors are many and external factor do affect it too. Feeling the warm of the sun, seeing the first light will input all these facts to the clock and thus a reaction.
You have disturb the pattern of sleep contained by your body and this in return affect your body clock. i guess it is now not synchronice and in return affect adjectives the system in your body. That's the reason you are feeling tired and hold mood change. i suggest that you correct your sleep pattern and Insyallah you will also be back to your mundane self. Try tiring yourself in the day to avoid staying up at night. Even within this blessed month of Ramada i still carry on my running and exercise regime. This helps to drain the energy and support me to bed with ease. i hope what i write here is correct. i think i retract it right.
too much sleep can make you feel like that or too much little sleep.

Sister, I'm sorry I am inkling lazy I can't explain in detail and give you specifics but at hand is a perfectly good reason for that.

Firstly, Allah say in the quran that he created the night so that we may rest. Surely, there must be a apology why Allah swt specifically mentions this.

secondly, we need not ponder too much as there has be many research put in to sleep, sleep patterns and the rank of fatigue felt by subjects after certain sleep criteria. I can't recall exactly buta number of factor all combined renders sleep in the day completely inefficient. Infact it has been shown that the best sleep is that between 'isha and that of fajr. Hence, it was the sunnah of the prophet to hasten to sleep untimely after 'isha so that he may be well rested to wake up to where thereafter he would stay up till fajr. The simply time in the day you have beneficial sleep is qayloolah, which is nonetheless again the sunnah of the prophet which 30-60 mins of rest gives quite a replenishment which most people get the impression like they have slept 3hours or so.

Insha Allah this helped.
