What should I do for sore muscles?

It's been three days and my muscles are sore. I've taken warm and hot baths and showers and massaged them and rested and it doesn't seem to be to be working. Any ideas? I have to work out again tommorow, any tips?

in actual fact, i take really cold showers when i'm sore. and i strech the muscles instead of massaging and resting.

but sometimes, when i'm still sore, i just budge to the gym and work out even more which seems stupid, but works.

Hey, its good to be sore after respectively workout session. If you are NOT sore, then you didnt succeed at your workout. Now if your in PAIN, thats not good, but soreness is biddable because your muscles are growing. You need to workout a different muscle group every day. Dont workout of legs, legs, legs or arms, arms, arms.
You may consider soaking in your gyms hot tub after your workout for 15 minutes ( no more than that) later go home eat something, relax and sleep good.
