Pain after chief work out?

yesterday i did a major work out, mostly on lifting weights. When i woke up i had pain surrounded by the middle of my arm, like it hurts to stretch my arm out. Is that normal? and is there a method to reduce the pain?

Before you start a work out you have to stretch or else you're going to pull a muscle which is probably why your arm hurts. Put a heat pad on it and let it rest.
strech more before your workouts. its because u did more than what your body was used to.
when you work out, your muscles rip, then your body fill in the rips with more muscle tissue making your muscles larger
you must have ripped them somewhat too mutch
i would suggest taking an ibprofen, tylonal, or asprin

its probably because you never worked out as much before. your muscles aren't used to it. i would rest for the sunshine and work out less.
