I have this extremely painful pain on MY moved out side, between my hip and bellybutton,( a little lower than that) IT wurts so much!! and verytime i move it hurts! help! btw its 2:36 AM

I have something similar that I thought was my kidneys. Randomly I would get pain that would almost bring be to my knees. It turned out it be a pinched nerve way over contracting my muscles. All i needed was to work the area for a while each day for a week.
If it hurts to touch it though, run to the ER.
the only thing in that nouns is = urinary tract system, some bowel and a lymph node... are your lymph nodes inflammed? does your urine burn when you pee? have you had unprotected sex? are you constipated? is the pain dull? sharp? come and shift? stay all the time? do you have a fever?
