This is tendinitus.....right?
Okay so in december of 2008 i pulled my right hamstring and i dont think it was even full heal when in May of 2009 after ballet classes (few hours after) both my legs in the hamstring areas get tremendously sore and bruised to the point where i couldn't walk and would heal almost completely contained by 4-5 days however if i did ballet again it would do the samething again, i thought maybe i wasnt stretching enough but it'd be worst if i stretched. So immediately i still take ballet but i dont stretch my hamstrings earlier class and i dont lift my leg more than 45 degrees. Its gotten better but i could still tell its in that especially after class i have to take moltrin but its not as bad as previously. The 4-5 day thing hasnt happened contained by maybe a month. I was wondering how long before i fully restore to health? Thanks!

WOW 14 yo and you're having these problems? Tendonitus usually doesn't start till you grow older and the elasticity fades. Are you a professional dancer? If not, I would HIGHLY recommend some time sour to heal. It will expedite your healing time. My guess would be 4-8 weeks depending upon how hard you verbs to push and what the true cause of the pain may be!
it sounds like pulled hamstring...not tendinitis...icyhot icyhot icyhot bengay bengay bengay
you're fine.
