How do you get hold of rid of bruise?
Please tell me solutions you know.
Also I heard rubbing by something can remove the bruise.
But how can it be possible? I mean I want know the suggestion.

The body take care of them from the inside. Time is the best remedy for bruises.
You can't get rid of a bruise... BUT!! You can do things to help it heal faster. You want to preserve ice on it (to keep swelling to a minimum) and eat lots of fine food. I think what you are thinking of is probably rubbing something like an essential oil resembling peppermint that you can rub onto a bruise. When you rub a bruise you help to circulate the blood there. By doing that instead of having it simply settle you are helping it to alleviate faster by keeping the circulation up. You don't have to use an essential oil to rub on a bruise. You can just use close to pain cream too like Aspercreme or Bengay. You should rub it and actually work it contained by for a little bit every time you do that so you help to stimulate the area. For little bruises I wouldn't verbs too much, but for large ones, you need to do this to help it along. Otherwise it take it a long time to heal on its own due to lack of stimulation/circulation.
