If I transform from a destructive lifestyle to a nourishing one at age 33?

Can I live a normal, healthy life, or have my body been irreparably damaged.

I have smoked for 15 years (pack/day), have bulimia, been an alcoholic, smoked a lot of pot, and abused LSD, OTC, and prescription dugs. I am also overweight and eat really unwholesome. I could feel just how physically polluted and damaged I be.

I have currently stopped everything and am trying to lose weight, but I am wondering if my body will ever really recover.
Answers:
Throughout your plentiful health problems, you may have caused ongoing damage to your body, but I think that you can still lead a wholesome, normal life if you take steps in a minute to be healthier and recover from your health issues. It will be greatly difficult to recover, but it is possible.
I would advise you to get professional relief to overcome your issues, specifically by enlisting the help of a doctor, nutritionist and psychologist who can help you to amendment your unhealthy habits and develop a healthier lifestyle.
Congratulations on your finding to stop your unhealthy lifestyle and begin a newer, healthier channel of living. I understand that this must be very hard for you, and I need you the best of luck.
If your doctor agrees that it is safe, you should try to get at least 30 minutes of physical entertainment. every day - try to find something that you enjoy doing, whether it's running or playing a sport or going swimming or hiking. Any physical activity you do will abet you to increase your metabolism, build muscle mass and feel more energized.
To lose weight, you should also reduce your calorie consumption and try to munch through regular meals and snacks, although you should also consult with a dietician or nutritionist to make sure that this would facilitate you to overcome your bulimia. Try to eat healthy, low-calorie foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, lowfat dairy products, whole pellet breads and lean meats and be sure to drink plenty of water as well.
Although it's probable that you do have some damage to your body, you can definitely become well again, feel better and lead a happier and healthier enthusiasm if you act now to develop a healthier lifestyle.
Good luck!
I think you will start recovering but for sure you will own consequences. Life is like this, you can stop killing but some day you will travel jail. The body is something to take care of,
Our bodies own remarkable powers of recovery and your health will definitely add to if you start a healthier lifestyle at 33.

Unfortunately you can not reverse all the damage that you own done to yourself in the past but you can certainly minimize further wreckage from now on. Some damage can be reversed but some can't.
