I own this stitch within my departed nipple?
I'm a guy and several years ago I use to get these all the time. After a while they kinda stopped. Just two nights ago my I have a really painful stitch in my left nipple, in a minute when ever there is a little but of pressure on it (like I can't even sleep on my stomach anymore) I suddenly have allot of aching just in the nipple. what the hec is it, and what should I do?

ohhh ****--i forgot what it's called, but it happens. my younger brother had duplicate thing happen to him. something that comes with puberty & rather while after. yeah--it's normal!

I don't really know what you mean by a "stitch".
If the distress feels right on the surface of your skin, like the skin is cracked or irritated, it sounds pretty normal. I procure stuff like that depending on what kind of shirts I wear and how much I've been sweating or going to the pool, etc.
If it feel like it is under the surface, especially if it feels resembling there is a painful growth of any kind lower than the surface, see a doctor.
Maybe you're starting to lactate.
