What is the best OTC affliction reliever for associates next to Aspirin allergies?
I usually take tylenol, but I am concerned about its affect on my liver. What else can I take?

Tylenol's really the simply one guaranteed to be safe for you, I'm afraid. The other two OTC pain relievers -- ibuprofen and naproxen sodium -- both often trigger allergic responses within people who are allergic to aspirin. Some people who are allergic to aspirin can safely embezzle ibuprofen, but if you don't already know that you're in that category, it's best not to risk it.
Unless you need to take closely of Tylenol frequently, or you drink a lot of alcohol or take other drugs that are hard on your liver, you probably don't involve to worry too much about Tylenol. If you are really concerned, though, you might want to ask your doctor for advice.
For me it's Tylenol Extra Strength. I found this: the consensus is that the usual doses of Tylenol end in significant liver damage only rarely, or not at adjectives in people with mundane livers.
I've been taking it for years and I'm 76 with no liver damage.
