Is this stiff nouns or something else at the back it?
I've been experiencing this pain for two days already. I can look on my left, right, up and straight but not down. I find it intricate and painful if i try my best to look down coz at my back in the lowe nouns part like the lines of the shoulder or something start in the upper spine somewhat the chest backbone. (cervical vertibrae).And in addition everytime i sweat, i cough and it's painful on my put a bet on. like all my back..

your put money on affects your neck more than anything!! first of all, you should ask a doctor about it. second, you could win a massage and or acupuncture (i know the concept is weird, but better than the pain your experiencing probably.) OR, you may requirement to stretch and or crack your back in a certain place. you may want to find out what the source of the torment is, like posture or something.
