My muscle.. :/ please oblige me?
well i play soccer and im a varsity goalie for my team and we have practice adjectives this week and a scrimmage friday... i pulled my quad muscle last season and now i can feel it flaring up again.. especially when i get to sprint to the ball or punt it. last yr it was so impossible it got to the point where i couldnt even jog. i can run now tho i just dont want it to get worse and after i have to sit out for a while. and i really cant sit out now either im really the one and only goalie. so when im not practicing what should i do to treat it?

You probably shouldnt be practicing until it feels better. you should do you best to relax it and put ice on. Plus you probably dont want to sleep on it.
