It is nil to be worried about. The nurse it to blame so to speak.. If they were really careful bruising could own been avoided.
There are two reasons;
1. The needle simply go too deep and damaged the opposite wall of the capillary causing a small hole through which blood escaped under skin and the area is in a minute bruised.
2. There are tiny blood vessels running just under the skin, When the hypodermic is inserted into the arm, one of these small vessels may be damaged.

its under skin bleeding from who ever took the blood not pressing down satisfactorily after drawling the blood!
