Please assistance!? i own slayer crippling migraines!! and i don't know why!?

A couple months ago, i started getting headaches..not bad headaches, purely headaches..but then they started getting worse like migraines(and i'd inevitability to go lay down in a room with the lights off) and next the "normal" migraines turned into like severely painful almost crippling migraines where i reckon my head will explode(as unrealistic as that is) it feels like throbbing, sometimes i take almost numb in my body, i'll throw up from pain, i shake the pain is so fruitless! my vision has gotten blurry during the headaches or even not(i do wear goggles but even with my glasses) it sometimes forget stuff or mess up my sentences..i don't know if this could all be related or from different problems..
i purloin about 4 extra strength Tylenol to take the horribleness away but there is still main pain from them, at least with the tylenol i can draw from out of bed and just deal with it. I hold doctors appointments made but I wanted to know if anyone had an idea what it could be or why this happen?(because I know that the doctor will do a ton of tests so it could be a while before i find out)

I do have epilepsy but i don't believe this could be from my epilepsy, these headaches just came on and i never have them or anything like them before..im just turned 15..but i notably doubt being a teenager causes headache....Please help?!

My little sister used to get migraines similar to yours, it turned out it was because she wasn't drinking enough dampen, also you shouldn't take drugs to prevent the pain because it does make them worse.

Also we get rid of them by seeing a um... oh my god I forgot again -.-' person that.. acupuncture! yay, she went and got acupuncture for going on for 2 months and now she doesn't get them at all. She also didn't get hold of much sleep and stressed a lot and took a lot of panadol.

Acupuncture is a great way to relieve stress and if it have nothing to do with stress it will still help your mind to relax.

another problem could be that your brain is too big for your chief and is bruising. If nothing else works I suggest a cat-scan to make sure this isn't happening

If you drink alcohol; it could be causing your migraines as well. Also; taking 4 extra-strength Tylenol is too much. If your conditions continue; you should make an appointment to go see your doctor.
Im a 13 year old veggie and I used to get them, my eyes would see immense "snakes" that were bursting with colour. I couldnt write, i had to ask friend if the "word" i wrote be actually a real word or had i a short time ago made it up. Looking back at the writing i did during these many migraines, im not surprised at this, NONE of it made sense, i couldnt write in straight lines. My mouth would jump numb at one side and it felt like it would drop. I always have to lay down in my room in complete darkness and my leader felt like it was going to explode, really sharp pains. One time i feel as if i was going to throw up, but i never did, but i can never eat when im having one. Also i would procure pins and needles in my hand and id purely have to occupy my mind and try to forget the pain whilst i try to get to sleep.
I go to my GP, and he advised me to lay off the chocolate and cheese and advised me to start consumption fish. He also said that those are one of the worst migraines you can have.

So i did as he said and my migraines have got smaller number occuring.
I know how painfull they are. I used to get, like, one a week and everyone would think i be wagging school.

I too, have epilepsy and used to have those killer headache, but no more. finally got rid of them and want to share with you how to do it.
First the back of your herald.
Put your hands behind your head and place your fingers on the muscles of your d¨Ścolletage. Pull into them with a good amount of pressure and hold it there.
Relax, rob a deep breath and exhale and don't tense up any part of your body, including your arms, agree to your hands do the work.
After 30 seconds, slowly lower your head until your d¨Ścolletage is fully extended.
Release the pressure on your neck but hold your head there for one minute.
Sides of your lead:
Inert your hand and place it alongside your head so your fingers are by the back muscle and your thumb is by your throat. Pull them together trapping skin between them and holding it tight.
Relax again. verbs looking forward all the time for this.
Tighten grip on skin and slowly lower your head towards your other shoulder as far as it will go.
Release skin but hold your skipper there for one minute. Do the other side.
Front: Press your thumbs up under your chin near the front. The muscle should be remarkably tight there, just press into it and hold.
Relax again.
When muscle relaxes, 30 to 60 seconds, slowly elevate your head until neck is fully extended.
Release pressure but hold head in that for one minute.
If you have pain in temple are press into your temple and hold the pressure there for about 30 seconds, it should release.
No concern what they tell you, it is not because of diet or what you drink or don't drink, none of that causes epilepsy, it can't. And you don't have a brain tumor. I want to see you living a pain free vivacity like I am now. I hope you can cancel those dr. appointments because if they be anything like mine they will show nothing and only cost you more money.
